We coordinate and manage your file from start to finish. We ensure we get all the necessary disclosures ready even before you're in contract. This is the 'soup to nuts' package.

Contract to Close

You're under contract, now what? That's where we step in to manage the file to closing. Managing timelines, collecting the appropriate disclosures, setting up signatures and ensuring your file is compliant with your broker.

Compliance Only

We will review your file for compliance and provide you with feedback on what is missing or need your attention. Having a double check to ensure you've got what you need to get paid on time after closing.

Yes!  We are an extension of your team. Our goal is to alleviate as much administrative tasks from you as possible. We will communicate with all parties of the transaction to ensure a smooth experience. 

There are several ways.
1. Invoice through escrow (paid from agent commission or by client)
2. Paid outside of closing (through our website or 3rd party like Venmo)

First, we will give you a virtual hug. Then we will close your file out. There are no cancellation fees at this time.

We are not employees -thus no additional overhead. 
We have extensive experience with many compliance systems to make sure you get paid on time. 
And of course, we can customize our services to fit your needs and goals.
